I think back to the time that has been,
as far as I remember, the most formative,
it took me years to recognize.
I never even thought about how deep someone can fall
but I have reached the bottom and never returned.
Someone told me once, decisions are neither wrong nor right
but keep the following in mind, keep the following in mind,
that things would have been different,
doesn´t mean that they would have been better,
we can not turn back time.
Is this where I wanted to be,
no more sleep, always one step too far,
maybe I didn´t do enough
but this is who I am and I know I would have made mistakes
like we all do, but I wonder, if those mistakes,
would have led me to the same life I lived,
and put me in the same place I live, no more dreams,
a life full of denial but I keep trying.
